Massage Services

Therapeutic massage is a medium- to deep-pressure massage, giving extra attention to specific problem areas with various techniques specific to your needs. A treatment plan will be discussed between you and your therapist for follow-up visits to ease the restrictions causing you discomfort.

Deep tissue massage is often used to affect deeper muscles and their surrounding myofascial tissue. The surface muscles are warmed up first, and the therapist will continue to work deeper and deeper, staying in touch with you to make sure you’re not in too much pain. Pain will cause the muscles to tense up, and the desired effect won’t be achieved.

This massage is performed with the application of smooth basalt lava stones that have been heated to just the right temperature needed to melt your tension away. Stones are placed in areas that generally hold tension such as the back, and then oiled stones are used in flowing strokes to relax the body.

Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment performed on the feet and hands. Ease the discomforts of pregnancy with regular massage treatments. In your session, you will be comfortably supported with pillows and cushions, and scented or unscented oils or lotions are used to your specification. Our Sports Massage is a mix of Active Release Therapy, Shivagakomarpaj Thai and Dalton Myoskeletal Release. This treatment is unlike the traditional therapeutic or relaxation massage that you may be used to. During this session you may be asked to move and change positions multiple times as this session includes many methods of stretching, tensioning and movement of muscles. This session helps to improve range of motion, decrease pain and can help to break up adhesions in muscles due to over use, injuries and poor posture, just to name a few.
