Therapeutic massage is a medium- to deep-pressure massage, giving extra attention to specific problem areas with various techniques specific to your needs. A treatment plan will be discussed between you and your therapist for follow-up visits to ease the restrictions causing you discomfort.

Deep tissue massage is often used to affect deeper muscles and their surrounding myofascial tissue. The surface muscles are warmed up first, and the therapist will continue to work deeper and deeper, staying in touch with you to make sure you’re not in too much pain. In your session, you will be comfortably supported with pillows and cushions, and scented or unscented oils or lotions are used to your specification.
